- Unused tickets are no longer valid and cannot be refunded.
- However, you can use your ticket for the next bus free of charge (subject to availability).
- For Luxembourg-Charleroi-Luxembourg trips, you can not use your ticket get on or off at different stops (Arlon).
Brussels Charleroi / Milan Bergamo Airport Milan Central Railway Station / Lille Airport Lille center lines / Stansted Airport – Liverpool Street station / Milan Malpensa Airport – Novara lines
Tickets for these lines are valid all day (not for a specific time).
All tickets purchased are therefore non-refundable and cannot be changed.
