As a Data Scientist at Flibco, you turn data into measurable business impact. You will work at the intersection of analytics, experimentation, and operational optimization to improve decision-making across revenue management, operations, marketing, and customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with Data Engineers and Data Analysts to leverage our modern data stack and build scalable, production-ready models. Your work will directly influence pricing strategies, demand forecasting, route performance, customer segmentation, and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys combining statistical rigor with practical business application in a fast-moving mobility environment.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize pricing, demand forecasting, and capacity planning
- Design and analyze experiments (A/B testing, uplift modeling) to support data-driven decisions
- Build machine learning models to improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization across operational processes
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to productionize models and ensure scalability
- Translate complex analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations for business stakeholders
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, model monitoring, and analytical best practices
- You have 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Applied Statistics, or Machine Learning, with a strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design.
- You are proficient in Python, including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and xgboost, and you are comfortable working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and writing complex SQL queries. You are familiar with modern data transformation workflows, notably dbt, and have hands-on experience deploying and monitoring models in production environments.
- You have strong business acumen and a natural ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and operations teams, and you thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- You are fluent in English. Any additional language will be considered a strong advantage.
