We are looking for an International Marketing Project Manager to join our marketing team and coordinate strategic marketing initiatives across multiple markets.
Why this role is essential for Flibco:
In this role you will coordinate the creation of international campaigns conceived at headquarters and delivered to local business units. Identify and share best practices and successful case studies across countries. Analyze and report on the impact of international activities. Support the creation of brand assets developed centrally and distributed across all markets. Coordinate strategic brand projects.
- Coordinate the creation and deployment of international marketing campaigns, conceived at headquarters and delivered to local business units.
- Suggest and coordinate improvements of our digital ecosystem who could support our business growth
- Manage and coordinate strategic brand and marketing projects at an international level.
- Support the creation of brand assets and marketing materials developed centrally and distributed across markets.
- Conduct impact analysis and reporting on international marketing activities.
- Identify and share best practices and success stories across countries.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between central marketing teams and local markets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of international marketing processes and initiatives
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally in an international or multi-market environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tools, including Google Analytics.
- Solid knowledge of branding principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-growing environment.
- Result-driven attitude with strong attention to detail.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to Have:
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Experience working with international teams or multi-market campaigns.
Technical Skills:
- Good command of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.
