How to get to the Unipol Forum in Milan for Lady Gaga’s Mayhem Ball Tour 2025
10 October 2025
Lady Gaga returns to Italy in October 2025 with her “The Mayhem Ball Tour”, promoting the newly released album Mayhem. After years of waiting, fans will finally see the American pop icon perform in Milan on 19 and 20 October 2025 at the Unipol Forum in Assago.
These are the only Italian dates of the tour, so it’s no surprise that tickets sold out quickly. To help you plan your visit, this guide explains how to reach the venue, when to arrive and what to bring.

Where is the Unipol Forum in Milan?
The Unipol Forum (formerly Forum di Assago) is one of Italy’s largest arenas. It sits in the southwestern suburbs of Milan, in the municipality of Assago, and is connected to the city by metro, road and rail.
In May 2024 Unipol Group acquired naming rights, renaming the venue Unipol Forum under an agreement that runs until at least December 2026. The arena can host up to 15,800 spectators, making it a prime location for international concerts and sports events.
Lady Gaga’s concert dates and schedule
Lady Gaga’s “The Mayhem Ball Tour” stops in Milan on Sunday 19 October 2025 and Monday 20 October 2025. Both shows start at 20:00.
Doors typically open 2 or 3 hours before showtime, so expect a general admission opening around 18:00 and early‑entry packages slightly earlier. These times are guidelines - always check the final email from your ticket vendor and the official event page for last‑minute updates.
How do you get to Unipol Forum?

By Subway (M2 – Green Line) or Bus
The simplest way to reach the Unipol Forum is by metro line M2, direction “Assago – Milanofiori Forum”. Don’t board the branch toward Abbiategrasso, which goes in the opposite direction. Exit at Assago Milanofiori Forum; covered pedestrian walkways lead directly from the station to the arena.
The Milan integrated fare system (STIBM) covers the journey to Assago. A standard Mi1–Mi3 ticket costs €2.20 and is valid for 90 minutes on the metro, buses and trams.
Services run every few minutes, and after concerts the metro sometimes extends its operating hours; consult the ATM app or website before heading out.
Bus connections – Several bus lines connect nearby towns to the Assago Forum station. Moovit lists lines 321, 328, 352 and 353 among others. These can be handy if you’re staying in the first belt of suburbs.
By car and parking
Driving gives you flexibility, but traffic around the arena can be heavy on concert nights. From Milan, take the A7 Milan–Genoa motorway (Tangenziale Ovest) and exit at Assago–Milanofiori.
Follow signs to the “Park B” car park. The Unipol Forum’s official Park B has a large capacity, a charging hub for electric vehicles and charges starting from about €10 per event. Parking can be purchased online in advance to guarantee a space.
As an alternative, the municipality of Assago operates park‑and‑ride lots near metro stations; these often offer special evening rates and can reduce congestion.
Arriving by train
If you’re travelling from elsewhere in Italy or abroad, reaching the Unipol Forum from Milan’s main train stations is straightforward. All stations connect to metro line M2 via direct trains or simple interchanges. Below are approximate travel times and costs using the metro (Mi1–Mi3 ticket €2.20).
Departure Station | Metro route | Approximate travel time* | Notes |
---|---|---|---|
Milano Centrale | Direct M2 from Centrale FS to Assago Milanofiori Forum | ~24 min | Trains depart every ~15 min; |
Milano Porta Garibaldi | Direct M2 from Garibaldi FS to Assago | ~21 min | Frequent service; |
Milano Cadorna | Direct M2 from Cadorna FN to Assago | ~14 min | One of the quickest options |
Milano Rogoredo | No direct metro. Take regional train to Porta Garibaldi then M2 to Assago, or use bus 95 to Famagosta M2 | ~45 min | Allow extra time for connections |
*Travel times are approximate and may vary depending on service frequency and waiting times.
How to reach Milan if you are flying there
From Milan Bergamo airport (BGY)
The Flibco shuttle bus connects Bergamo Orio al Serio Airport to Milano Centrale. The journey takes roughly 50 minutes and costs around €10; children aged 4–13 pay discounted fares. Service runs from early morning (about 04:05) until late evening (around 23:55) and you can use your ticket on any departure the same day.
Once at Milano Centrale, take the M2 to Assago as described above.
Milan Malpensa airport (MXP)
You can take the Malpensa Express if you land at the airport of Milan Malpensa. Trains run every 15 minutes between Malpensa Airport Terminal 1 and central stations. Journey times vary depending on your destination:
Milano Bovisa Politecnico – about 31 minutes
Milano Cadorna – about 37 minutes
Milano Porta Garibaldi – about 41 minutes
Milano Centrale – about 51 minutes
The service operates roughly from 05:00 to 23:00 with four trains per hour. A one‑way ticket from the airport to any Milan station costs about €13. From your arrival station, follow the metro routes in the table above to reach Assago.
Milan Linate Airport (LIN)
Since 2024, Linate Airport is directly linked to the city by the new M4 (Blue Line). The ride from Linate to San Babila to the city centre takes about 12 minutes. From San Babila you can connect with the M1 (red line) toward Cadorna and then switch to M2 to reach Assago.
A standard Mi1–Mi3 ticket is valid on M4 and the rest of the metro network.
What to bring and practical tips
Security at the Unipol Forum is strict. Leave sharp objects, aerosols, glass bottles and professional cameras at home; only compact bags roughly the size of an A4 sheet are allowed. Travel light to pass controls quickly.
To fully enjoy the evening and explore merchandise stalls or food & beverage areas, aim to arrive 90 - 120 minutes before showtime.
This is especially important if you need to collect tickets or navigate large crowds. After the concert, the M2 may offer extended services, but you can also find taxis or ride‑hailing vehicles around the Milanofiori district. Patience is key - exits are staggered, so expect some waiting time.
Setlist: what might Lady Gaga play?
The official setlist for Milan hasn’t been released yet. Based on early dates of The Mayhem Ball Tour, expect a theatrical show blending new tracks from Mayhem with classic hits.
A typical running order might include “Bloody Mary,” “Abracadabra,” a Judas/Aura medley, Scheiße, Garden of Eden, Poker Face, Paparazzi, LoveGame, Alejandro, Born This Way, Million Reasons, Shallow, Bad Romance and more.
Each city usually receives unique surprises, so be ready for special songs exclusive to Milan.

Attending Lady Gaga’s Mayhem Ball Tour in Milan will be a highlight of 2025 for many fans. By planning your route - whether by metro, car, train or airport transfer - you can focus on the music instead of logistics.
