Your Mission 
 

In the beginning, your goal will be to establish yourself as a reliable, go-to person for IT support across all Flibco markets. You’ll create meaningful relationships with stakeholders at each site, understand their needs, and proactively support their IT environment. One of your first major contributions will be to help set up and maintain a comprehensive IT asset inventory aligned with our asset lifecycle management plan. With your manager, you’ll implement an effective ITSM ticketing system (likely based on Jira Service Management), define meaningful KPIs, and ensure they are consistently met. You’ll also familiarize yourself with Flibco’s full IT landscape—from laptops and printers to mobile POS devices and network gear—while ensuring on- and offboarding processes are automated and integrated with HR.

What You’ll Contribute to Flibco 
 

Your role is instrumental in making sure our internal experts and frontline staff can focus on what they do best—serving our customers. From ensuring mobile sales agents have functioning devices to supporting ticket desk and vending machine setups, you’ll help avoid service disruptions and minimize downtime. Your ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable solutions directly affects our business continuity and customer satisfaction. 

 

Challenges You’ll Tackle 
 

Flibco operates in a multi-site environment, and we’re only getting bigger. You’ll help design a support structure that is robust, remote-ready, and capable of scaling across new countries and regions. In addition to classic office support, you’ll manage a diverse range of technologies and devices across different sales channels—including mobile and stationary ticketing infrastructure.

Building strong relationships with our market leads comes naturally to you, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. If you have solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Mobile Device Management tools—and are curious to learn even more—we’d love to hear from you. 

This role is primarily based in Luxembourg but comes with the flexibility to work in a hybrid model. You’ll report directly to the Head of IT Operations and play a central part in building Flibco’s IT support excellence from the ground up. 

The role is primarily located in Luxembourg with a flexible hybrid setup. Given Flibco’s multi-site presence across Europe, regular travel will be required to support our teams on the ground, coordinate device rollouts, or resolve technical issues on-site. A valid EU travel permit is essential. 

Employment is possible through our Luxembourgish, Italian, Belgian, or British entities, depending on your current location and legal setup.
