Your Mission
From day one, you will take ownership of core infrastructure projects. You will lead the migration of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint tenants from our group infrastructure to a dedicated Flibco setup. In parallel, you’ll review and update user groups and security policies, roll out endpoint protection. Together with your colleagues in IT operations, you’ll define efficient deployment procedures for laptops, mobile devices, and hardware used across multiple Flibco locations.
Your Role in the Team
You will be part of a growing IT Operations team that works closely with our IT Development and Data Management teams. This collaboration is key, especially when integrating new services or providing access to critical business data. As a System Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining our cloud-first system landscape while also stepping in to support day-to-day IT operations, including 1st and 2nd level support when needed. Your insights will also guide improvements to deployment workflows, automation, and compliance.

Our entire digital business depends on the reliability of our infrastructure. Your work will ensure that Flibco’s tools, systems, and people stay connected and secure—supporting everything from airport-side operations to back-office workflows. You’ll also contribute directly to the efficiency of new office openings and system rollouts across Europe.

Who You Are
You have a strong background in cloud-first infrastructure, with a solid grasp of endpoint security, network configuration, and SaaS administration. You are familiar with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, and are comfortable managing identity and access through Azure AD. Experience with firewall policies, VPN configuration, and endpoint protection tools is essential.
You’re motivated by helping teams work smarter, not harder. You’re the kind of person who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and learning from others. You thrive in team settings but are equally comfortable working independently. You’re not afraid of making mistakes—as long as they help you and your team grow.
The role is primarily located in Luxembourg with a flexible hybrid setup. Given Flibco’s multi-site presence across Europe, regular travel will be required to support our teams on the ground, coordinate device rollouts, or resolve technical issues on-site. A valid EU travel permit is essential.
Employment is possible through our Luxembourgish, Italian, Belgian, or British entities, depending on your current location and legal setup.
