As part of our continued growth across Europe, we are looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst who is ready to make an impact. You are a proactive, analytical, and business-minded professional with a strong passion for data, pricing, and performance. You thrive in a fast-moving, international environment and enjoy turning complex market and demand insights into pricing decisions that drive sustainable growth.

With solid experience in pricing and yield management you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our pricing strategies across multiple markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, you will contribute to data-driven decision-making, support pricing governance, and help evolve our pricing tools and approaches. In this role, you will not only strengthen Flibco’s pricing performance today but also help build the foundation for tomorrow’s growth.

Your Mission:

• You optimize yield management by route.
• You develop and maintain advanced pricing models to support medium- to long-term pricing decisions within a pan-European context.
• You monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns, translating insights into actionable recommendations for country teams and top management.
• You take ownership of complex pricing analyses and performance reviews, identifying risks, opportunities, and improvement levers.
• You work closely with our Country Directors, Business Development, IT Development, and Network Planning Teams, acting as a trusted pricing partner and embedding pricing logic into key commercial and operational decisions.
• You support competitor benchmarking, target positioning, and price corridor definition, aligned with product and market realities.
• You contribute to the development and improvement of pricing tools and systems, including AI-driven and automated solutions.
• You prepare pricing KPIs, dashboards, and management insights, enabling data-driven decision-making for senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• You participate in pricing governance and review processes, ensuring pricing consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will play a key role in designing, structuring, and optimizing our pricing strategies to enable new and ambitious growth initiatives, while ensuring a pricing approach that remains consistent, competitive, and sustainable.

The expectation is clear: think proactively, act strategically, and always keep performance, profitability, and operational efficiency in mind.

You bring at least 5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or a related role, ideally gained in a pan-European, digital, or fast-growing environment. You combine strong analytical and numerical skills with a pragmatic mindset, turning complex data into clear and actionable pricing insights that drive business impact. Beyond your technical expertise, you bring strong leading skills through your ability to take ownership, drive topics end-to-end, and influence decisions across teams.

You are hands-on with pricing tools and analytical platforms, and you are genuinely curious about innovation, experience with AI-driven or automated pricing solutions is a strong plus. With a solid understanding of market dynamics, competitor pricing and demand behavior, you enjoy tackling multi-market challenges and continuously optimizing performance.

You are detail-oriented, quality-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally, communicating your recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and top management. Structured, solution-oriented and adaptable, you thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Fluent English is mandatory, and any additional European language will be considered a plus.
