We have a feature that will help you delete your account both on the flibco mobile app and on our website.
If you wish to delete your account on mobile app, please follow these steps:
1. Log in, using the email address linked to your flibco account and password.
2. Click on the menu on the top left side of the screen and click on edit profile.
3. Scroll down and click on delete account.
4. After carefully reading the disclaimer and agreeing, you may confirm the account deletion by clicking on “Yes, delete”.
And if you wish to delete your account on the web version, please follow these steps:
1. Login and click on your profile icon on the top right of the page.
2. Click on your profile icon on the top right of the page.
2. Click on "Contact information" and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
3. After carefully reading the disclaimer and agreeing, you may confirm the account deletion by clicking on “Yes, delete”.
