Responsibilities:
Oversees the web strategy, including conversion rate optimization (CRO), testing and experimentation, UX enhancements which support acquisition, conversion, and retention
Drives continuous performance improvement through the development of an ongoing experimentation roadmap aligned to short-term and long-term opportunities.
Oversees the website and App redesign project
Oversees email marketing and database to drive B2C content delivery to the right target audience
Analyzes site visitors through data & insights and use those insights to inform digital strategy
Liaises with IT and developers to prioritize and implement new features and improvements
Updates the website with new information and contents
Assessing and improving our e-reputation
Collaborates with external partners and agencies
What is required:
Fluent English speaker, all other languages are a plus
Demonstrable knowledge of main digital analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio
Good understanding of how a CMS works (Drupal preferred)
Well-versed in the basics of technical aspects of websites and an app management UX, SEO, HTML/CSS, CRO, app store management, domain management etc…
Well-versed in the technical aspects of marketing automation, segmentation and email marketing
Demonstrated understanding of SEO fundamentals and the interaction between site architecture and content to deliver organic traffic performance
Good project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution
