How many times have you wished to avoid the long queues in order to reach the security check faster? It is now possible thanks to the priority lane! Conceived to improve your comfort and to make your trip more pleasant the priority lane permits you to get your flight faster than usual.

Where to buy?

The option priority Lane is automatically indicated when making your shuttle bus booking to Charleroi airport online (Brussels South Charleroi Airport).
After having selected date and time of your shuttle and after having entered your name you just have to select priority lane.

How much does it cost?
The access to the priority lane costs 4 € per person. Children under 4 years travel for free when accompanied of a paying adult (maximum 1 child per adult).

How does it work?

When including the priority lane option your flibco.com ticket gives you access to the priority lane at the security check. The entry to this express lane is situated left to the check in counters. To get access to the priority lane it is necessary to have your flibco.com ticket with you.

Relocation of the flibco bus stop at Charleroi Airport

From the 15th of February 2012, the flibco.com bus stop at Charleroi Airport will be located 200 m away from its actual location.
The new bus stop location is situated in front of the entrance 1 to the airport-terminal and no longer near the entrance 4.

From the 20th of June 2011 on, the flibco.com bus-stop at the Luxembourg-Railwaystation will be situated on perron 13. (bus stops CFL and RGTR).
Going out of the railwaystation by the main entrance, it is on your lefthand side.

New Bus-stops for flibco.com
From July 1st 2010 two new flibco.com bus stops will be in use.
From July 1st 2010 the flibco.com bus stop located on P&R Howald will be replaced by a bus stop located on P&R Bouillon. Furthermore an additional bus stop will be set up in avenue John F. Kennedy situated in front of the shopping mall. With 40 transfers between Luxembourg and Hahn airport flibco.com offers a connection for every flight.

Here we come, Charleroi!
From July 1st 2010 flibco.com will ensure connections to Charleroi airport. From Metz, Thionville, Luxembourg and Arlon flibco.com will ensure 24 transfers per day. Tickets will be on sale at flibco.com from 1st June.

Belgium’s second most important airport offers flights to the most vibrant cities and regions as for example Agadir, Monastir, Perpignan, Nîmes, Carcassonne, Budapest, Bratislava or Sofia. 6 different companies are based in Charleroi: Ryanair, Wizzair.com, Flyonair.it, Jet4you.com, Jetairfly.com and Airarabia.com.

If you don’t receive your reserved ticket in your inbox, please verify if it might have been send to your spam folder.
You can also print out your reserved tickets through your user account ‘my flibco’. You need to log-in with your email address with which the reservation had been made (even if the address is not valid, for example due to a spelling mistake or a false domain name [@yahoo.com instead of @hotmail.com]).
Example: your user account has the email address 123@test.lu and the password ‘test’. In order to log-in, you need to put as email 123@test.lu and as password ‘test’. Then you click on ‘print ticket’ in order to get a printed version of your ticket.

New: Top up your deposit
From now on you can increase the balance of your account (My flibco) by credit card. In the future you can pay for your tickets with your existing deposit. You don’t need a credit card anymore for every booking. If you don’t have sufficient deposit left on flibco.com you can pay the difference with your credit card.

From now on you can also take the Flibco.com shuttle to Hahn Airport departing from Thalfang (bus stop on the B327 Hunsrückhöhenstraße). You can find the timetable under our section ‘timetables’

Many customers use with Ryanair more and more the possibility of the Online-check-In. Because it can come with the reinforced security checks, in spite of the Online-check-In, however, at substantially longer waiting periods, we would like to advise you to include a longer waiting period and to be already 2 hours before departure at the airport.

Due to several street works on the way to Hahn, we kindly ask you to count enough time for the journey in order to arrive on time (at least 2 hours before scheduled flight departure) for your check-in at the Airport.

Information about wheel chairs
please note that actually we cannot accept electric wheel chairs in our busses as they are not equipped for it.
Foldable wheel chairs instead can be transported without any problem.
