Where can I book my tickets?
flibco.com offers several ways to book your tickets:
You may either:
- book your tickets online
- book your tickets via phone call at our Service-Center from Monday to Friday from 09h00-19h00 and on Saturday from 09h00-13h00
- from Luxembourg: 900 75 700 (€ 0.55/min)
- from France: 08 20 36 37 84 (€ 0.55/min)
- purchase your tickets in one of our ticket agencies in the Grand-Duchy of Luxemburg, in Messancy (B) or in Mont St. Martin (F)
- purchase your tickets on the bus (only possible if there are still places available)
If you book your tickets via the Service-Center or in any of the ticket agencies, a handling fee of € 5 per reservation per person is to be paid. If you are not paying with your own credit card, a supplement fee of € 15 is requested.
Are there any price reductions for children/seniors/disabled persons?
No, there are no reductions. Every passenger needs to be in possession of a valid ticket to have the right for a seat.
How can I book a ticket for a child under 2 years?
Children under 2 years travel for free. Please send us an email with your booking details as well as name, first name and date of birth so we can book the seat for you.
How do I receive the tickets if I book online?
At the end of the booking process, when the payment by credit card has been successfully completed, you receive a confirmation mail which you can print out.
Beside, you always have the possibility to print out your tickets via my flibco.
Up to what date can I book my ticket?
You may book your ticket online, either via our Service-Center or in one of our ticket agencies in the Grand-Duchy of Luxemburg, Messancy (B) or in Mont St. Martin (F) up to one hour before the departure.
If there are still seats available, you may buy your tickets on the bus. For the journey to/from Metz/Thionville, you can book your ticket up to 8 hours in advance. There are no tickets available on the bus!
How can I book a ticket if I do not have a credit card?
To book a ticket on flibco.com online or at our Service-Center, the possession of a valid credit card is a necessary.
If you are not in possession of a credit card, you may purchase your ticket in one of our ticket agencies in the Grand-Duchy of Luxemburg, in Messancy (B) or in Mont St. Martin (F) or on the bus (only Luxembourg-Hahn or Hahn-Luxembourg if there are still seats available on the bus).
What's the price of a ticket bought on the bus?
The driver can only sell one-way tickets.
- Luxembourg-Hahn or Hahn-Luxembourg: € 22/person
- Trier-Hahn or Hahn-Trier: € 17/person
- Thionville-Hahn or Hahn-Thionville: € 37/person
- Metz-Hahn or Hahn-Metz: € 40/person
How to calculate which bus to take?
We suggest being at the airport at least 2 hours before scheduled take-off in order not to miss your flight. You can always be blocked in a traffic jam or by road works which might cause unnecessary delays. The 'check-in' counters close strictly 40 minutes before scheduled take-off and do not accept any exceptions.
How much time do I need to calculate for 'check-in'/'check-out'?
You need to calculate enough time in order not encounter yourself in front of a closed counter. Counters close strictly 40 minutes before scheduled take-off.
For your 'check-out' you need to count at least 30 minutes. If the plane is full, you need to wait longer for your luggage.
How to book a group as of 10 persons?
You can book a group as of 10 persons if sending us either an email at info@flibco.com or a fax to +352 23 626 469. We will establish you a non binding offer which you can confirm and we'll then reserve the tickets for you.

What are the payment possibilities if making an online booking?
On flibco.com, tickets can only be purchased online via payment by credit card.
How does the payment via credit card take place?
At the end of the booking process a new window is opened by a click on the “CETREL” button, and you are transferred directly, via a secure connection, to the center for electronic transfers CETREL.
Here you may check your transaction number as well as the amount to pay, before you choose a type of credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
After the choice of the type of card, the front and back side of the credit card are shown on screen.
In the illustration of the front you may enter your credit card number as well as the expiration date of your credit card.
In order to process payments with Visa or Mastercard credit cards, an additional element is needed: the CVV2 or CVC2 security code. This 3 digit code can be found on the reverse side of your credit card.
PPlease enter this number in the illustration of the reverse side.
The payment is made by a click on the button „Process“. You receive a message telling you whether the payment was successful or not.
Are my credit cards protected?
The transaction of payment is made via a direct and protected communication with the «center for electronic transfers» CETREL.
Your credit cards details are neither consulted, nor saved by flibco.com.
Why is the payment of tickets not working?
If you have problems with the online payment of tickets, the following possibilities might be the cause:
- your fire-wall et your pop-up blockers are still active
- your card is not accepted for online purchases or your bank does not accept this payment (attention: non European MasterCards are not accepted by the system)
- if you are trying to make the reservation from a PC at work, please check with the computer responsible if this procedure is tolerated by the company
Please try to book by using another credit card and/or from another PC. You shouldn’t encounter any further problems.
What can I do if I have forgotten or lost my ticket?
Without a valid ticket you cannot attend the journey! If your ticket has been booked online, you may print it out again via my flibco.
What can I do if I have missed the bus?
Tickets which have not been used loose their validity and are not refunded. If there are enough places on the next bus, you can take it without any problems.
May I cancel my ticket?
You may cancel your ticket online up to 6 hours before scheduled departure. You need to log-in with your email address and password and click on ‘my flibco’ where you can simply cancel the required ticket/s. The value of the ticket will be credited to your personal account and automatically deducted on your next reservation.
May I book for another date?
You can change your ticket online up to 6 hours before scheduled departure. You need to log-in with your email address and password and click on ‘my flibco’ where you can simply cancel the required ticket/s. The value of the ticket will be credited to your personal account and automatically deducted on your next reservation which you can make directly after the cancellation with the required changes.
How many luggage can I take?
You may carry one trunk or suitcase and one carry-on bag. Since 01.11.2007 every luggage and handbag needs to carry a label indicating your name and full address. This allows us to contact you easier in case of confusion or if you forget your luggage in the bus.

Are animals permitted on the bus?
Animals are not permitted. Exception: guide dogs.

Please use our ‘reclamation form’ which you can download in format .pdf here. Please respect our reclamation deadline. Due to organisational reasons we can unfortunately not accept any reclamation filed in after the deadline.
